Thank you for the quick reply. As luck would have it, a portion of my question has been resolved. I tried different ports, different portable device driver for windows 10 and configurations and the computer began to read the devices.

The computer is a Dell Optima which I purchased as a iso windows 10 home download free download unit from Newegg about a year ago. I worked through some of the other minor issues but was hopeful something could be done about the 2 nd monitor. It is a Dell Model EFpc.
